Coordination + Partial Planning

Who you are: A couple who has an idea of look & feel, a budget to organize, and a start to your venue & vendor bookings.

What you need: A day-of coordinator + a planner to review and organize your budget with a full-scope of event specific elements in mind, and a designer to run with your style and present unique and stylish ways to produce your vision.

Partial Planning includes everything in the Day-of Coordination package, and builds upon those services with the following additions.

8-12 months away | prep meeting & budget

Our first prep meeting to define how we will allocate your budget and review your vendor budgets with market estimates, with a full-scope of the event in mind. We will also discuss your style, preferences and the overall look and feel of your day—then I’m off to the races to build your design proposal.

6-10 months away | design proposal

After I gather up your design and style homework, I’ll build a design plan fit for your budget. Styled lounge spaces, installations, tablescapes, lighting, signage and more are listed in this presentation with cost estimates and a range of options to choose from. It’s like the interior design presentation day for your event. If you’re out of town, no worries, I’ll screen-record everything for you to watch at your leisure.

remaining months | refine

Make changes and edits to our design plan as needed, and gather up all of the vendors to realize the custom look.
